Nancy brings nearly three decades of helping leaders reach their goals and aspirations to the GLA program, including extensive experience developing and facilitating skill-based learning for first-time, emerging, and mid-level leaders.  She has worked with leaders across an array of company sizes, cultures, and industries as a consultant and coach.  Nancy holds an MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University and is an Everything DiSC and Vitalsmarts influencer certified facilitator.

Chris is a dynamic leadership coach, facilitator, and OD practitioner who helps organizations build leadership infrastructure that lasts beyond any single program or training event.  With over 20 years of experience across healthcare, hospitality, higher education, nonprofits, and professional services.  Chris partners with teams to design leadership development from the inside out - co-creating systems, language, and practices that stick.  A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with an MS in HR and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, Chris brings a facilitation style rooted in the belief that the process is the product.
